  The people at this Verizon store are rude cocky and really don’t want my business. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with the Verizon rep yesterday and was told that I would have to go into a Verizon store to complete my order, was trying to add Internet. I go into the Verizon store on West chester Pike And I get the same attitude. I did two years ago when I went into buy cell phones cocky, not helpful basically Romek - the representative told me if I wasn’t willing to go and call Verizon again to get this done that I should stay with Comcast - I asked him is that your advice he said yes. Arrogant, rude and condescending or the three words I can think of to describe the team at this Verizon location.

  I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but at this one store I’ve experienced both the absolute best and absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever received from 2 different employees! (Hence the 3 stars in the middle). Starting with the best, KEVIN helped me purchase the phones a few days before the incident I’ll describe below and is an absolute angel and so so kind and deserves to be recognized and praised. He is single handedly saving this store’s reputation in my mind!! He gets 5/5 stars hands down. If you walk into the store and are greeted by Kevin (there’s only one), then know you are in great hands and are very lucky!! Kevin did not try to scam me into spending more than I needed (much appreciated) AND he even took a call from a different employee on his DAY OFF to clarify something to the Verizon employee that was activating my phone. Talk about going above and beyond!! He followed through with the entire process from upgrading to pickup/activation to trading in/drop off. I really hope he still works at this store when I need to upgrade my phone again!! In comparison, a different employee (whose name I do not know) gave the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. This store opened at 9 AM on Thursday Dec 4th. It said so clearly on the QR code right on their front door AND on Google Maps - I arrived at 9:35 AM on Dec 4th to pick up my phone that was shipped in a few days before- I just needed to pick it up since I was transferring the data myself at home. The employee inside was just eating his Wawa breakfast and eventually came to the door and told me they opened at 10. I showed him Verizon’s own website (from the front door that he was talking to me through) and explained I didn’t need to take much of his time, I just needed to pick it up (because I’m doing all of the transferring by myself at home) and he literally shut the door in my face and locked it and walked away smirking!! Before that, he tried to say the computers won’t turn on until 10 (complete bogus). No explanation or compassion or apology or anything. Even if the QR/website and Google Maps was wrong, he could’ve said “I’m sorry you drove all the way here but the website is wrong” or something simple. He’s despicable. I hope he’s fired by the time I need a new phone. He gets 0/5 stars, negative if possible but I don’t want to tank the store’s rating just because of one disgruntled employee.

  I can not say enough about this location- absolutely the BEST. Our salesperson, Ronak has gone above and WAY beyond to help us. Ronak sat with me to go through every detail of my account, got us set up with multiple new phone upgrades, got us set up with like 10 discounts, and overall just took the time that you often do not see these days. Highly recommend!!

  Purchased products in November and was told my bill was only increasing by a few cents per device. Turns out I got a high bill and I am in fact paying full cost for those lines and was charged set up fees for devices that were not actually set up. When stopped in store, was told they were too busy doing sales and could not help and that’s when I called customer service and was explained everything in detail. Shamir S and Ankit P are the names on the receipt. Very disappointed and feel we were mislead.
