He "heard" me and held my frustrations beautifully when I tried to acclimate to the Pixel. Went back to a Samsung. Went in for a quick visit with a couple of questions for my Samsung. Wonderful. Now onto my current "melt down"... I made an appointment to have him help me with my phone, Laptop and IPad. I am terrible and very challenged when it comes to technology. I am an "older" gal so all this has been difficult to wrap my mind around. Vernon was once again... Fabulous!!! VERY patient, professional, informative and friendly!!! He helped me "corral" all the technology. He really heard me and I felt comfortable in expressing the emotional baggage that came with me seeking clarity to understand and work with all of this technology. Verizon is VERY fortunate to have an employee of his caliber. All the employees that I encountered at the West Chester store are great people to work with. Thank you Vernon!!!

He was able to do it in a few hours with a very calm, and professional attitude throughout a stressful situtation. In the end he was able to get my phone working again and my service connected. By far the best customer experience I've received dealing with phone providers.

All of the staff that I worked with were kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They stuck with me in transferring photos, texts and many other items. A huge shout out to Justin ,Steve, Vernon and Kevin. I really appreciated all of their help in selecting a new phone and accessories and answering my questions. The process did not go as smoothly as we would have hoped. Working without an old phone proved to be quite difficult with the new eSIM card, but Mr. Ray was very patient and helpful. He made sure I understood every step that was happening and what else I needed to do in the near future with my new phone. Mr. Ray was very concise and efficient. I left Verizon with a fully usable new phone. It was a very successful stop.
