They were both truly amazing and provided wonderful customer service, assistance setting up new phone and ipad. We cannot say enough about this dynamic duo. In addition they were extremely patient, professional and provided the time we needed. Recommendation to make an appointment. The Manager Bob is great too.

We worked with Angelo and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. He was patient, answered every question, helped to set things up and worked through some Apple account issues we were having during the initial set up. Overall he spent over 4 hours helping us get everything set and explaining everything both about billing and how things work with the watch and phone. Highly recommend this store and Angelo in particular!
