- CNCece “Baby Girl” NicoleSep 11, 20233.0I went here for a certain phone that I wanted to gift for someone they were all sold out so I didn't see anything else I really liked so I went online and ordered the phone I felt they would really like and made this a surprise for someone who really needed a phone they absolutely loved the phone with a case and screen protector the only thing I got was an overpriced scree protector for my phone and less that satisfactory service hopefully the service next time is better and they don't answer the phone at all. I really like this store as I am always able to get everything I need for my phone 🤳🏽📱 hope to go there and get that great customer service again 💯✌🏽

We came through unorganized and unable to reproduce certain passwords. The Associate 's patience and assistance carried us through to completion. Excellent customer service and a recommended place for Cricket business and services.
