  This is no longer a Verizon Corporate Store. The kiosk is gone. Went in two months ago to make a cash payment and gave them $300, to pay ahead. Got a phone call saying their system would only accept a partial payment. I had to go back to the store and pick up the remaining cash balance. Went back in tonight to make another cash payment, and they refused. I left. How is a business not willing to take a cash payment on a balance owed???

  At first I called technical support to try and address my issue and they told me to visit a verizon store. Angel took care of all of my issues and was so kind and friendly. I honestly feel that was one of the best interactions I had at a verizon store. The other technicians at the store seemed nice and the store gave off a caring essence. Thank you Angel for helping me! And thank you verizon for having such wonderful caring people like Angel!

  Very clean and professional store. Victra is amazing! Very knowledgeable sales representatives and very transparent. Explain everything in detail. Look forward to having a great experience here.

  Angel was so helpful and gave me a great deal
