    I asked for a 8 foot fiber optic cable and got looked at like I was from mars....so I said what goes between your TV and surround sound for audio and they insisted HDMI...so I bought one to bring it home and find no HDMI output on a brand new TV....if ya don't know ya don't know,stop pretending to be an electronics guy with zero knowledge....

    I had a horrible experience here I came to get my phone fixed. I was second in line. The man looked me right in my face ignored me and went to the guy behind me, which was a different nationality than I was and asking him if he needed help, he didn’t acknowledge me or anything then he finally acknowledges me after 30 minutes and tells me the guy in back of me was here first when I got there before him .the guy did say to the man she was here before me and then he walked away like oh I’ll be with you next with an attitude .I have never in all the years of my life experience anything like that far as being discriminated against.it was very hurtful I will never be visiting her again

    Went into the store to buy a new TV. Found a display model that we liked. They told us it wasn't in stock and scheduled deliver; no problem. Delivery day comes and goes, no phone call, no delivery. I call them and it turns out the TV is DISCONTINUED and they are trying to desperately find it in inventory at another store and it would be at least another week or so before delivery. Unacceptable. I go back into the store and explain the problem. They are apologetic and issue a credit for the original purchase so I can buy another TV. I go back over to the same floor model and explained this is the TV I bought they should take it down. Well, turns out the floor model was the NEW model and the placard next to it was old and they rang up the placard last time not the actual TV I told them I wanted. No one on their staff previously caught this or caught that the original TV they sold me was completely discontinued. So I purchased the right TV this time, which was $50 more expensive and over a week late, and walked out of the store with the new TV. I didn't get any discount for my trouble or a store credit or anything else other than a "sorry" and the added cost for the TV I wanted originally.

    Don’t get me wrong. Nice staff but not very trained. And it’s sad to say because they all have been working there for a while now and you would think they would know by now. Stay away from the supervisor Ronaldo, Romaldo or what ever his name is. Tall, skinny black guy that barely pays attention to you when you’re talking to him. I go in the store to pick up an order that I made the night before that is taking 11 hours to be prepared. They inform me that it’s not even in the store and they have to get it from else where. Then why did it say I’ll have it by the next day? They don’t know. They said I have to wait a couple days and it will be back in. So I decided to have it shipped to my house. Before I left the store, I asked the employee if I can add my points and my wife’s points to this purchase. She called the supervisor, he came over, spoke to me directly while looking up in the sky for kites during the conversation. He said once you get the item shipped to your house come back in and we can add the points off of your account and your wife’s account to merge them together onto this order to reduce the overall price. Fast forward, I got the item shipped to my house. I drove an hour to get there after work. Find out that you cannot add any points on the account. They cannot answer me why I was misinformed by this supervisor and he’s nowhere to be found because he’s on military discharge or whatever. This is not the first time that I’ve been getting misinformed by employees. They sent me to a one 800 number that connect to the Philippines. I was on there for about an hour and nobody can do it. Half of the operators just hang up on you because they don’t know what to do.
