Me and My elderly father couldn’t stay becuase he was freezing to death. The very nice manager apologized and offered to help us at another other store down the street and blamed the landlord. Does Verizon not own their own stores? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. If you can’t afford Heat close your store!

We were there for about 2 hours, but she managed to get all of our needs met and answered all of our questions, which was so great. Everything ran smoothly because of her!
