- MBMatthew Boyd5 days ago1.0Tried calling this location to see if they do same day battery replacements on phones if I make an appointment. They have the worst AI phone system I have ever used. After multiple useless questions, including repeats, finally got through to a person who was not at the actual store, said the only way to know if they could do same day service was to go to the store, and confirmed I couldn’t reach anyone at the store to answer my question. This is truly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

- NDNate DurkinDec 5, 20181.0Called in to inquire about cleaning up a computer. They answered all my questions and told me turn around time would be 2-3 days after I drop it off. Everything sounded good so I headed over to drop it off. The customer service lady was very nice but said I could not drop it off without filling out the paperwork, and that I had to wait an hour and a half to fill out the paperwork. Walked out, took it down to PCQuickFix, said it would be done tomorrow. Sorry geek squad but terrible experience. Dont have time to sit around for an hour and a half just to drop off a computer.
