  It is absolutely impossible to reach anyone that works inside the store . If you would like to call quickly about availability you must wait on hold to get connected to a call center which wont understand your question .whats so expensive about having an on site employee answer the phone, if you want a real answer over the phone you have to escalate to upper management anyways .

  Amazon sardonic thing to go into Best Buy especially on Christmas Eve at least when I went there was no rush there was a completely empty store and I felt like we sold his Best Buy workers had given up on living it was pretty funny because basically I walked in and I walked out and under 15 minutes I got exactly what I needed and the Best Buy clowns at work they were able to find exactly what I needed even though it was a used or open box items that basically they shouldn't have been able to find because the terrible sight that Best Buy pushes on me always tells me that the item is unavailable or tries to ship it to me or some asinine thing so I'll props to the actual store I think Simon should get a promotion if anyone's actually reading this

  The manager and employees were extremely accommodating that helped me figure out a problem with getting this massive TV in my vehicle. I drove 150 miles to get it because it was the best price I had ever seen for this model did everybody that works there is amazing. I highly recommend Best Buy no matter where you're at!

  My bf and I had gone to this store to get some items for the house we needed and we asked a few young men for help. Im not usually a Karen but today I will be. The first one was kind, I didnt catch his name but he was working hard. The second was on his phone and couldn't have cared less on what I had asked, and didnt know what I was even asking for although he took us to a isle that was close enough we found what we were looking for. The one that made me angry was Jaden. He was standing by the door and was upset that he had to stop talking to someone to check us out, he walked over and didnt say one thing to us. When we walked up he ignored us asking how he was doing, talked to his friend who walked up to the counter saying "last time I waited yall dipped out" or along those lines, didnt ask us if we were members, didnt ask us if we wanted a bag. Straight up anti social and disrespectful. I usually dont care but he looked me in the face, ignored me and continued his convo with his friend. Rude. If you cant work retail, dont.
