Geek Squad failed us again. They recommended a $250 fix for an issue that resolved itself once we got home. Thankfully, we didn’t move forward with the repair, but it’s frustrating to be advised to spend that much money on something that clearly wasn’t necessary.

Won't ever try to use this service again! I called the 800 between 3 & 4 times. They were so rude! Couldn't call the actual store they have an outsourced service answering. Said they could not connect me to the store or to Geeksquad. My husband is in a wheelchair on oxygen & it's not easy for us to get out to the store. I just needed to ask a question & they kept telling me to go to the store. Why would I go to the store for a question??? Their call center or the number they give you to call are horrible! No sympathy! No compassion! Rude! I ended up having to find help elsewhere! Will never try to use their services again!
