I recently switched my kitty here since we moved close by, and everyone was so kind and professional and took great, gentle care of my cat during her yearly visit. Maeve says thank you for her dental homecare goodie bag! 😺

I called yesterday and made an appointment to get my dogs nails clipped. They told me it would be 45 dollars. I explained that that’s all I needed for my dog . When I got there they ask me to provide rabies vaccine which I did and it was updated . Then the doctor told me that she couldn’t do the nail clipping unless my dog had a physical. I told them that they should have said that over the phone when I called. To be honest it’s mid leading, not fair and unprofessional. I would not be back to this location never ever again and I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. I have brought all my family childhood dogs there in the past. Never again . -10 stars communication and proper training is key in any business setting.

This place cares about $ more than animals. First, they overcharge everything, from all the office visits to the very last time there for my dog’s terminal illness, and second of all, while you’re still grieving over your loss of your pet, they will constantly be in your face, bringing up their “menu” for every items they will charge you ,from the euthanasia to ashes urn. It’s like them saying I don’t care about your feeling, just pay up. I know that I won’t be your customer anymore for my pet no longer being with me and you want to maximize your profit to the fullest one last time, but still…do you mind ??? it’s disgusting !

Went as emergency as cat was not urinating. Understood I had to pay $206 for emergency but at end had to pay total $816. Mind you i'm a senior citizen on fixed income. My pet was given methadone to relieve pain liquid injections for hydration something else a cream that lasts 4 days for pain and prescriptio gabapentin for pain. A urine sample was done to determine bacteria or infection. Discharged and then was encouraged to buy special urinary food and additional 8.00. Was told result would be back the next day which was yesterday 12/16/25 with final report via email. Nothing was sent only an email after we left office on 12/15/25 offering 50.00 off the next er visit. Still waiting for report. Also when I left o. 12/15 was told if cat stopped urinating completely bring back immediately that would explain 50.00 coupon and probably more money. I feel deceived and set up for my entire savings. On 12/16 my cat was even sicker I called but was told only one doctor there and they had emergencies. This was worst experience and biggest rip off for a senior trying to save my pet who is only 3 years old.
