  Geek Squad failed us again. They recommended a $250 fix for an issue that resolved itself once we got home. Thankfully, we didn’t move forward with the repair, but it’s frustrating to be advised to spend that much money on something that clearly wasn’t necessary.

  Jimmy did an awesome job installing a new stereo and backup camera in my vehicle. He tested everything and set things up to work well with the truck I had. It was very neatly installed, and I appreciated his careful attention to detail. I would definitely return. Thanks very much!

  I scheduled an apple care appointment for noon, and waited an hour to find out the Geeks didn't have the part. So grateful for the experience to have learned to NEVER EVER again with Geek Squad. Just go to the Apple Store.
