    Service here has always been excellent, I came here to get a dash cam installed and the guys were honest enough to offer me a better option at a lesser price. Because what I had purchased made no sense since I already had a part of it already factory installed.

    My boyfriend and I went to Best Buy to buy my daughter’s iPhones for Christmas. I was already hesitant for them to have a phone to begin with because of the responsibility that comes along with having one. I have dropped my phone countless times, so I know for a fact kids are prone to the same thing. We wanted to purchase refurbished iPhones with insurance on them. We purchased the $180 Best Buy Total Plan ; which the young man had told us that the phones would in fact be covered. On the way out my bf wanted to stop over at Geek Squad to ask a question. He approached a man who asked to see our receipt and continued to explain that because the phones we purchased were 2 yrs old than a certain generation, in reality we would only be getting 20% off and it would in fact NOT be covered. The gentleman whose name is Ben Feldman (Consultation Agent, Geek Squad) went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US! Talk about a WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS! 🎄 this man DESERVES A RAISE! After explaining what we bought he went out of his way to tell us that if we bought these newer phones they in fact will be covered and we would actually be SAVING $35!!!! I was in shock! This man could have simply allowed us to believe what the First Gentleman told us and walk out ; INSTEAD, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US! He literally gave us a way better deal and explained everything THOROUGHLY to us! He was WONDERFUL! He deserves a raise! If you have any questions at Best Buy, GO SEE BEN FELDMAN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!! Thank you a MILLION BEN!

    The pressure sales of the warranties and the credit card application is ridiculous. I spoke to a manager who basically just listened to me to pacify me. If I had not been shopping last minute for Christmas I would have just walked out and gone to Amazon for my purchase. Enjoy the last $1000 I will ever spend at best buy. Remember no means no.
