Every time I go it seems there is an excess of bored employees, it's a bit dingy, never the exact thing I want, and it's always overpriced.

The roadie tracking page was extremely confusing. It said the driver arrived to pickup and then said nothing else. At 8pm the driver cancelled and now Best Buy is telling me that it could be till November 10th that it arrives (two weeks from what it was supposed to be!) They also said that if there is no driver assigned today the order will be cancelled and I’ll be refunded. They’re saying two different things. SO I would opt to pick it up because Best Buy inefficiently uses this roadie service and it’s so so annoying. The customer service is also extremely confusing and lacks in effective communication. Definitely won’t be shipping anything anymore!
