I had a great experience here. My unlocked Samsung S10 Plus had clocked out this year. I'm the type of person who holds on to anything till the wheels fall off. So, I needed a new phone badly for College and work. However, I didn't want to pay $700 or more for one. Sorry! That is a ridiculous price for a phone. I'm ain't broke, or rich either. I get what I can afford. I negotiated my budget $600 under for Samsung and told the worker my situation. I wasn't sure what S phone I was going to walk out with. I did ask for an unlocked Samsung S24. Best, Buy doesn't provide any phone that is considered 2 years old in the store, like Wow! You have to get these online. Okay, S24 isn't too old, I guess Best Buy, likes new releases. The worker says, " Let me look up an S25 in the system to see any deal and there is one". Cool! I'm being hopeful. She came back, "There is a light blue S25 unlocked available for $512. Someone had upgraded to the S26, and the phone is in great condition." I took the phone with no hesitation. I paid in full, I love my new AI S25 phone 😍. It does feel great to have something new and get updated. I recommend Best, Buy before Facebook marketing (no scammer or danger). Yes! I checked on Facebook marketing, and I didn't trust anyone who was selling an S phone at a low or high price. I probably get a sewing machine on there. Who knows. Anyway, the workers at the store are very helpful and understanding. My advice would be to tell them your situation, set a budget, be hopeful, and patient.

Not only has Best Buy removed their movie section, but now they have predatory AT&T sales reps roaming the store. Had one who wouldn’t take no for an answer rip me from the section I was looking at to go over rates… I’ll never set foot in another Best Buy, at this point I hope they go to of business and whatever Private Equity firm that currently owns turn their property into condos or some other BS.

I was at Best Buy last year to purchase one item and I was approached by the AT&T representative Dana. She engaged with me about my current phone and trade in options I was eligible for. My phone was running low on storage so the trade in for a new phone was something I was interested in. Ultimately I agreed to upgrading to the S25+ with twice the amount of storage. Dana promised up and down that my bill would not increase and even said it would be lower since I did a full trade in. She told me my trade in would simply require that I take the phone to the full AT&T store down the road. I should've known something was wrong when she told me not to tell the store representatives down the road that she gave me the instructions to bring the trade in there. After traveling to that store they told me I could not bring the phone there and that I would need to mail it back with a label. This upset me because it was a waste of time traveling and gas driving there. I ended up getting the label and shipped the phone back but the next issue was with my bill going from $107 to $139 after the first month after trading in. I spoke with a representative by phone and even went back to the store and brought it to Dana's attention. She brushed it off by saying the bill would level off after the trade in credits posted. It never leveled off. I own that I let the matter go and just let the auto debits for the $139 persist without follow up for a while. It has taken some time but I am finally getting to a resolution with AT&T. I don't know if Dana still works for AT&T but her dishonesty and lack of good follow through are a bad representation for the organization. Avoid working with her if you visit this location in the Best Buy in Sprigfield or at least know she will say anything to get you to agree to a sale.
