    I cannot recommend the Souderton Verizon store enough! I had been having a terrible experience at my local store, so I decided to stop in here one day after my daughter’s orthodontist appointment next door. Right away, the employee was incredibly helpful when I explained the ongoing issues we were having with our phones. I promised I’d be back, and I returned last week to look for a holiday gift for my son. An employee sat down with me and took the time to review every possibility for my account. I walked in just looking for a watch, but because they were so thorough and transparent, I walked out with an upgraded phone, a free watch for my son’s Christmas gift, AND a lower monthly bill. It was a win win for everyone. If you want great communication and detail oriented service, come to this location!

    The manager of this verizon was wonderful. I had lots of viruses and had been on the phone with verizon's tech support, they said I needed a new phone they added another line, it was a mess. Vic took care of everything and I'm so please not only with his courtesy and professialism. I will be telling everyone I know about this great verizon store
