I had been having a terrible experience at my local store, so I decided to stop in here one day after my daughter’s orthodontist appointment next door. Right away, the employee was incredibly helpful when I explained the ongoing issues we were having with our phones. I promised I’d be back, and I returned last week to look for a holiday gift for my son. An employee sat down with me and took the time to review every possibility for my account. I walked in just looking for a watch, but because they were so thorough and transparent, I walked out with an upgraded phone, a free watch for my son’s Christmas gift, AND a lower monthly bill. It was a win win for everyone. If you want great communication and detail oriented service, come to this location!
