  Very helpful staff who are well informed on everything you could need to know. Fast service as well as good pricing on devices/accessories. Ive been with this store for 8 years now and haven't regretted it a single time that ive stopped in.

  I know it is black Friday but this girl who works at cricket in somerset pa was rude disrespectful, not only that, we bought two phones found out they are not up to par on our location by a free trial, all tho we found out it didn't work in our area, wish we would have done the free trial before ordering but hey, I never activated the phones, it taken me almost 5 days to even get help on sending it back cause all they do online is close the chat on you, please do not waste your time or money, they treat there customers like crap and apparently talk to you like your dirt to them case and point the lady at somerset location very rude you need fired, you just don't treat people like this and try to steal there money by not giving them a chance to your highway robbing people, this is a warning to all people if you go with this service they are going to scam you and you are not going to get your money's worth I am telling you stay away from this company cricket wireless

  I've had cricket for years and have no issues with there service. But we went to the store today and the siqn says they are open till 7 pm.. anyway they were closed and no siqn saying anything different.
