The representative told her she would be credited for the phone on her new plan. She added an additional line to and he upgraded her existing $55 per month plan to a $90 per line plan. After two $180 bills and no credit for the iPhone she went into the office and they "fixed" her plan and now only charge her $35 per line. The iPhone? The in store rep didn't know anything about it. The rep that stole her phone? He was promoted to corporate. Thanks Verizon
