We had tried online but all the info they wanted we did not have. Guy at store said we had to ro it online. Tried online again got nowhere. I do have my bill with all the info but if you don't know your pin from 10 years ago they can't help you. I just want to cancel my jetpack!!!! Terrible customer service.
