- AMAndrew MeaseFeb 26, 20261.0I went into the store to start a service with them. I took them my old phone and they did their test and said that my phone was compatible with their service. I paid for the service and they set my phone up. They went to test it and it could not make calls. They then proceeded to try to fix it with no success. They told me i had to call customer service. After an hour on the phone with customer service and the store employee nothing was fixed. Customer service said to have them give me the free phone. The employee and manager both told me i would have to start a whole new service and pay for it and "Eat the cost of the first phone setup." So in conclusion they gave me a phone that didnt work and said too bad, leave. I ended up having to pay another $50 dollars just to get an new phone. They told me they couldnt give me a refund because its "prepaid". Terrible company, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

- SCSean CJul 18, 20185.0Ordered a phone online but Cricket online wasnt able to process the order. I spent days talking to the coporate customer service to no avail. Needed it fixed so I came into the store and they were able to fix the issue within an hour free of charge. Had the pleasure of working with the regional manager, Shane, along with Marlon, the central Pa sales rep, they were knowledgeable and curtious! Definatley looking forward to working with this store in the future, skip the web buy in THIS store. Brian is great as well!
