But there's a void between what was told to me and what Verizon the company says and BILLS. And that's a hard pill to swallow. It's also a hard pill to swallow with the hit on your bank account...which doesn't make it ANY easier to swallow especially since its Christmas. What do I mean by that? I spent $850+ for phones I didn't use and returned back within 5 days because of an issue porting my numbers out within Verizon. Or else they would have been back the next day. I only got $350ish back from that because of store policy. And it would have been LESS if the representative didn't try to help me out a bit more. I think that's pretty rough for the store as a business. The representative probably gave me back what she could do within store guidelines, but frankly I'm out $500 for no reason whatsoever. Everything was returned within 5 days and all I'm left with now is $500 less in my bank account. Doesn't seem right.

The employee informed me that if I wanted a pro max I would have to purchase 5 accessories with it since they are “low in stock” and it needs to be worth selling. Are you joking? You’re trying to bargain with a customer that they must purchase 5 accessories on top of a $1200+ phone in order to make the purchase because of their own inventory?! Absolutely absurd, and when I informed them as much the employee told me “they’re allowed because they are a third party retailer”. Disgusting cash grab location, I suggest finding a legitimate Verizon store and saving yourself the hassle of being negotiated with like it’s a car dealership.
