  Trish provided us with excellent service today. We had someone who needed a new phone and she explained everything about this new phone that was being purchased went over the bills and this new person's gonna see on their monthly bill and we thank her for all of the things that she did for us today. She did do an excellent job and we thank her.

  Brooklyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s kind and helpful and made me laugh while we jumped through hoops to process what i needed. She juggled multiple customers at the same time & did great while helping everyone. I definitely will be going back to this store for future needs as long as she’s there. I’d like to point out that during the time Brooklyn spent helping me, there were NUMEROUS demanding, entitled and mean customers that came in & she handled them with grace so I give her a lot of credit for that. She was so sweet. Now i’d like to call out the rude verizon customers i witnessed while in the store : As someone who has worked in retail and healthcare, i think the way that Brooklyn was treated by some customers was totally unacceptable. I understand that we all have bad days and I have the utmost empathy for patients (even if they’re cranky because they’re unwell) etc but i have zero respect for someone who walks in, demands an employee’s attention immediately, totally disregards the customers in front of you and yells at the retail employee before she even has a chance to help you. Its inconsiderate & disrespectful not only to the employee but to the customer she is helping. Wait your turn and be kind! This girl is a gem that would go out of her way to help a customer in need and we all deserve kindness.
