- SSSara6 days ago5.0I walked into the store knowing that I just wanted to purchase a new phone as my current one was broken. I was in a hurry and had certain requirements. I was greeted by Christopher at the front door , no waiting around. He looked up my account and realized my family and I were still on an old plan that costs more, less gigabytes and slower speeds ,most of which I knew . The difference though with this encounter that stood out was Christoper explained everything to me to help me make an informed choice. He laid out all the price differences on the screen and on paper so I could see it. He saved me money on my bills moving forward. He helped me take the leap and move over to an unlimited plan. Him and his manager applied any discounts that I could take advantage of , it was just a positive experience thank you. So glad I went to a certified Verizon store this time .

Up front and honest. I was supposed to be in on a previous date but couldn't make it. Delia reached out and made sure everything was good, and re set an appointment for me. I've been to other stores and hands down this is the one to come to, I will say sometimes they are busy busy, but be patient and they will take care of you.

I could have died this was SO dangerous I can't believe a company would put their customers in danger like this i will never be back because of public endangerment
