Up front and honest. I was supposed to be in on a previous date but couldn't make it. Delia reached out and made sure everything was good, and re set an appointment for me. I've been to other stores and hands down this is the one to come to, I will say sometimes they are busy busy, but be patient and they will take care of you.

I could have died this was SO dangerous I can't believe a company would put their customers in danger like this i will never be back because of public endangerment
- CDChad deQuevedoAug 21, 20253.0It was a mixed experience. First, I walked in and there was nobody on the floor. A manager came out after 5 minutes and said someone would be out to help us. I asked if they knew that, so he turned around and went to get someone. The guy who came out and helped us must have asked for the last 4 digits of the phone we were trading in 6 or 7 times in the first few minutes. He was trying to sell me an insurance plan that was the same as the one I had but more expensive. I had to show him to get him to stop telling me I was wrong. Everything about him was just annoying, and he never checked the phone we were trading in. The phone I was trading in was different than the one listed on our account. Same make and model, different IMEI. Not sure why. So when I returned the old phone after transferring the data, it was a headache. The woman and manager that helped me afterwards were great and the only reason I am giving 3 stars. I am going to have some weird billing for two months while they correct the mistake the guy made. I hope that goes like they said it would, or I'll be updating this review.
