I went in because my phone only works on wifi, and the heavy set employee was absolutely no help. There was an employee that tried to assist but the other man cut him off while trying to do so and offered me no resolution. He said he couldn’t help me get a confirmation code becuase their wifi blocks she website needed to get this code. If that was the case why couldn’t a phones hot spot be used for a moment just to get the code. Instead he told me he couldn’t help, I’m locked out of my Verizon account and I still have no phone.
