It took over 15 minutes before the most knowledgeable person there figured out that I wanted them to restore a backup. All the while they were trying to charge me $100 for copying the backup to another drive. I even brought a 2-slot hard drive reader with me, but they couldn't figure out how to plug it in. It's literally a USB port. 100% a scam. They will hold your data for ransom without a second thought. Another customer paid $200+ for doing a windows update.
