  Oh boy, what can I say about this Best Buy location. I'll start by beginning with the fact that I am biased as I love Best Buy and I even use to work there a decade ago. However, this location has some of the nicest employees and best customer service I've come across. I don't even hesitate when deciding where to shop for my electronics or electronic related items. Also, if the price isn't as good as another store, just like all Best Buy locations, THEY'LL PRICE MATCH IT!! And don't forget to sign up as a rewards member, IT'S FREE!!

  Not a good experience today. Sales guy told me that Apple offers zero warranty for an iPad and when I called him on it and showed him the 1 year warranty (called him on his BS) he told me he can't serv us. So I put in an Amazon order on the parking lot.. He wanted me to buy GeekSquad warranty.

  Placed an order. Delivery never arrived. When tried to cancel the order, wax told I could not because it was already in the delivery que. Still at the store but ready for delivery. When? I was told to either wait all day for the delivery person and deny the delivery or return it to the store for a refund. Really!?? They never delivered it to me when promised. Now I can't cancel the order??? Wow, I'm challenging the charge on my card. I'm unable to wait for the delivery person because I work for a living and not to I have time to return it. That's why I had it delivered in the first place. Never again will I do business with Best Buy. If I could give a no star review I would. Hey Best Buy, if you want your items back, make an appointment and come pick them up at my residence.
