My partner’s family had to make the sudden, unexpected decision to let their dog cross over the doggie rainbow in an emergency. From the moment we called to let them know we were coming, the care and compassion we received were something truly special. As we grieved, the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, patient, and handled everything with such kindness that, even on one of our worst days, they gave me a little hope that there are still genuinely good people in this world. Because of the way they supported us through this heartbreaking moment, I plan to start bringing my own dog here.

They would always give her love and attention. Sadly we found that Franny had lymphoma in her stomach and despite Dr. Beavers and all the wonderful staff at VCA French Creek she declined pretty rapidly and I had to make the difficult decision to let her go peacefully. Dr. Koons and the staff were kind, compassionate and were completely there for me through the entire process and were so compassionate to my girl. And Stella was wonderful in comforting me while I filled out my paperwork. In such a difficult time it was so nice to have caring people around me. Thank you again VCA French Creek. I will always bring my pets here and will always recommend <3
