My partner’s family had to make the sudden, unexpected decision to let their dog cross over the doggie rainbow in an emergency. From the moment we called to let them know we were coming, the care and compassion we received were something truly special. As we grieved, the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, patient, and handled everything with such kindness that, even on one of our worst days, they gave me a little hope that there are still genuinely good people in this world. Because of the way they supported us through this heartbreaking moment, I plan to start bringing my own dog here.
