He was curteous, kind and professional all while remaining calm with the influx of people. Would highly recommend Will at Verizon whenever he is there.

Jay A was an extremely amazing rep for Verizon Wireless from beginning to end. He displayed exceptional customer service, patience & knowledge of all products/ promotions presently available at Verizon. He handled a new line activation, new service inquiries, new accessory purchases for two 17 Pro’s, one Max to ensure slim chance of damages to phones. I was extremely satisfied thus far with our decision to switch over to Verizon Wireless, so now “Jay A” will be our permanent Verizon customer service representative moving forward at the Plymouth Meeting location. Thanks again for making the star of 2026, pleasurable🌹
