During checkout, the cashier scanned a gift card and wouldn't give it to me. They are keeping the gift cards for themselves. Terrible experience.

Most of the time items are shipped with roadie, which is great because they have live tracking and quick delivery times. All items are packed well and handled with care! I really like using Best Buy to purchase everything online because I’m able to use PayPal at checkout. PayPal pay in 4 is a great option for all of my gaming needs! I’ve ordered a TV, several gaming systems, and many gaming accessories. I believe it’d be around two dozen items over the past couple years! I still opt to use Best Buy first for most of my gaming needs and I’ll continue to do so as long as the process is easy with great results
- YDYuylanne DempseyOct 31, 20251.0Horrible experience purchased an item 2 weeks ago and still has not been delivered…confirmed delivery confirmation at the time of purchase for 10/30 because that’s the soonest date they had available. I also received town confirmation emails with my delivery date for 10/30 up to the night before and called the morning of 10/30 and was told my delivery is not scheduled and there is nothing they can do for me but offer me a date a week later…delivery tells me they never received my item and the store plymouth meeting location (where i purchased ) tells me they are unsure of exactly what occurred. No one was able to accommodate me and offer me a sooner date for delivery after already waiting for 2 weeks. No matter if this was home delivery issue or the actual store whomever dropped the ball needs to be held accountable because no delay was communicated to me at all until i called the morning of my delivery date on 10/30…i am still without and this is very poor customer care.
- EEEssOct 30, 20251.0Went there for a camera and the front greeter had no clue where they were and there was no employees around for help. I left and went to target and got help. I miss the way Best Buy’s customer service use to be.
