They took a deposit, and I left with a promise of someone coming out next week for install. I did not get any printed paper with details, it is all going to be electronic. Install day come, but no one shows up. I have text from Stacy at the VIP Victra help line. I text her, short version "To bad, so sad, call Fios maybe they can help you" Except the Fios can not find the order, so many calls so much pain, Going to this store was more then a waste of the time I was there, it was waste going forward assuming that anything they said or did was correct. I did my research and this location had better reviews then other locations in the area. Very disappointing. It is a month later, we are still trying to clean up the mess that came from visiting this store. We where able to complete setting up Verizon using the call center. A deposit was required by Verizon, but the process of actually getting set up correctly essentially required starting over, and the initial deposit could not be transferred, and it was not refunded. To make things worse, we did not receive any paperwork for the work we completed at this store. Not having transaction numbers increased the difficulty. Everything was supposed to come electronically but it didn't. We have contacted Victra, while their response to this review implies they care and will help, the actuality is they don't care and they will not help. On a positive note the Verizon Call center, has been extremely helpful. The interactions with the call center to clean up this mess have been fantastic.

She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient in dealing with all of our questions. We ended up leaving her with a total of four lines. Natalie even helped me the next day and ported over all of our info from our old phones to the new ones. Based on my experience, the level of service that I received at Verizon far exceeded my past experiences with AT&T and Comcast. I can’t thank Natalie enough for her support.
