One wonders how someone who can't read or write can sign a contract?? Well when my brother made me aware of this phone I went in two days later to return the phone.. Jon or whoever the manager was in duty didn't come out to address this issue.. The employee working returned the phone assured me that there would be no charges to my brother.. Today I received a bill for his account.. I called Verizon and they couldn't fix this issue due to the Pittson store not doing their job correctly. This company needs to train their employees properly in place to protect individuals with disabilities.. I've been with Verizon for 20 years.. If I decide to keep this service, I would never recommend privately owned stores and go directly to Verizon retailer..
