I used to take my pets to them a few years ago. I stopped because they had me coming in every month for some different shot. Eventually I asked “what shot does he need?” And they told me his rabies was out of date but I had it on his bill from 2 months prior. They were mad when I called them out on it.
My mother was told her dog had an ear infection and they charged her a fortune for meds and such and the ear infection never went away. The dog passed a few years later with cauliflower ears.
My sister went in for a cats runny nose and was told she had an ear infection. Multiple thousands in testing later the cat still has an ear infection and they “don’t have the results yet” (test was done a week ago).
DONT GO HERE! Read the reviews because my families experiences are far from abnormal!

My first experience here was having a dog euthanized. I now take all three of my dogs there and they can't wait to get inside. Staff and Vets are outstanding.

This review is based upon the front desk staff, ALL of them. I will first start off with letting everyone know that the vet tech and Dr. Yuh were very caring and professional. If they had more people like them, this VCA would get 5 stars and a great review. The front desk staff needs a class of customer service and some manners. They are extremely rude and short. I would even say their attitude is disgusting. It seems to be a contest between all of them in who can be the most ignorant. After being in the office for 10 seconds, I wanted to leave, but unfortunately my dog needed meds. The only reason I would walk back into this office is if your dog needs emergency surgery or its after hours. Do yourself a giant favor and drive the extra few miles or do some more research on vets. Chances are your gonna be more happy elsewhere. I hope somebody of some sort of importance goes in there and relieves these people of a job they seem to hate.
