  Shane is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! we just switched from T-Mobile and the customer service is unmatched! He is so personable, attentive, and did everything he could to give us the best experience and deal. We now love Verizon because of shane. Thank you shane!!

  Shane. He's the man to see if you're in the South Hills. Even if you're in the North Hills, make the scary trip across the big bad bridge and through the scary tunnel to see Shane. He has taken care of me and my family of 7 for several years now. Always very honest, friendly and efficient. Most of all, he's patient. Gets you the best phone, on the best plan and makes it as painless as possible. Also, Nick, who I didn't directly work with, provided some comic relief and some fire advice on poison ivy remedies. How can you go wrong? Highly recommend this verizon store.

  I bought a new phone and decided to add FIOS. When my bill arrived I was shocked at the amount. I went to the Verizon store and Natalie Taylor. She was wonderful. She went over my bill got me the discounts that was missed. I really appreciate what she did and as I was there I got to see she helps everyone as if we were in her family. I’m glad I got the new phone and am really pleased with FIOS, especially Natalie!!!! Thank you!!!!
