    We went to set up a phone line and WiFi and spent 4 hours in the store. They end up giving us the wrong router and sending our new phone to the wrong address. Then when we tried to return the router they said they could not accept it and we would have to mail it. This is a third party store. We went to a corporate store on McKnight road and they sorted it all out in an hour. I won’t ever return to this location.

    Selwyn helped me out to upgrade my phone and he was literal awesome sauce. He helped me pick out some accessories for the new phone and helped me get it set up, it was such an easy process. He was super kind and approachable as well, such a great experience!

    Aaron was wonderful to work with. He helped me open my business account and transfer my line smoothly, but what stood out most, was his positive energy and kindness. He made what could have been a stressful day feel light and easy. Thank you for such a genuine and caring experience.

    I’ve only had to deal with 3 people at this location and so far Jason is the best, he is so nice, the other two which I won’t name because it is honestly not that real were a bit condescending and not very patient, I am older and still struggle a bit with my English, I still try my hardest tho! Hoping to get better service in the future

    Eric and Selwyn helped me out tremendously due to a discrepancy with a previous Verizon wireless account. I switched phone carriers back in may 2025. At the end of our contract I disconnected 2 phones and 2 watches. When I went to terminate the watches, the agent only terminated one watch and not both. Leaving an unpaid balance for months on this "active" watch no one was using. I called before the unpaid amount was sent to collections and 3 different agents promised me the amount was $0.00, and I owed nothing, it was their mistake because the agent didn't fully disconnect what the customer asked. They still sent my balance to collections saying I owed a small balance of so and so. When I applied for a FiOS account for my small business, the credit app "needed more details" meaning they won't open a FiOS account bc of a small unpaid balance on the wireless side .. For a month I've fought and argued to get this settled and was sent from one department to to the next. I was transferred 10 times in one phone call... Thankfully, Eric and Selwyn are amazing at their jobs, super easy to work with, they did everything they could to help me handle this situation, and got it handled after several long phone calls. I can't thank Eric and Selwyn enough for all their patience and help.
