  Amanda at the East Liberty store was soooo very helpful today. I came in with an emergency and she jumped right on it. Not only did she help me she assisted me and completing the task that I had come into the store for. She went beyond the call of duty and I have never received any treatment like this from any other Verizon store. I live in the Port vue area, but I am willing to travel to East liberty from now on as I receive the best treatment ever at the East celebrity store. These guys in the store deserve a race. Just my opinion.

  I couldn't suggest this location or Selwyn more. Came in to drop off my fios boxes after moving and got to talking with Selwyn. He was super personable and knowledgeable, and helped me switch over from T-Mobile to Verizon at a hefty savings per month on my phone plan. Couldn't possibly ask for more.

  This is the best location! Stopped by today to add a line but ended up needing a bit more and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Johnathan! He knew exactly how to help us, was really attentive and so nice. So great to work with someone so knowledgeable and easy. Highly recommend

  I just upgraded my iPhones from 11 to 17. Had to visit the store 3 times in a period of 1 week. First visit I ordered the phones as they didn’t stock the colors we wanted. In addition to ordering the phones, Alex helped with the order but also assisted us in finding the best deal. The phones arrived and we went back to the store to pick up and Stephen helped us with that. Transferring our old phones data into our new ones. Both, Alex and Stephen were very professional and had the most customer friendly personality I have experienced in a long time. Today, Wednesday around 11:30 I stopped by to finish some paperwork related to the order and I saw another young man in the store assist an older gentleman client who was having issues with his account but, clearly, was technologically challenged. This young man went above and beyond in a kind and patient manner to help this client.

  Selwyn is ***incredibly*** helpful!!! I had an issue with our family plan that we tried to fix at several different Verizon locations, but no one was able to resolve it. I came to this store just once, and Selwyn fixed everything quickly and smoothly! Honestly, it was such a relief. What really stood out was how patient and considerate he was throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk me through every detail, explained my options clearly, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand (without making me feel rushed or confused). He was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, and you can tell he cares about helping customers, not just getting them out the door. Again, Selwyn did an incredible job in helping with my issue. I really wish more staff were like him. This experience was the best I’ve had at a Verizon store by far.
