Went in to pick up WiFi equipment and an older employee(50s/60s) white gentleman was sitting there on his phone watching videos which contained racist, homophobic, right leaning jokes that dehumanized people and laughing hysterically saying how he “loved it”. You are entitled to your own opinions and beliefs, but his actions in a store open to the public is not acceptable. I was very uncomfortable. There was a younger white gentleman who was very nice and helpful.
