When I walked in three associates saw me. As I waited two more employees walked back and forth. No one greeted, spoke, or even acknowledged me. After standing for 40-45 minutes I asked one of the workers when I would be helped bc they called people that walked in after me. I was informed I needed "check in at the kiosk by the door". No help or acknowledgment that I had been there for almost an hour. A reply, and then turned away. To be clear, I've been with Verizon for many years; provided my account number, name, address, email, etc; yet they still couldn't find me in their system. My issue was not resolved as I had to leave to go back to work. All this just to cancel service.
