When going to return my grandmas phone for a trade in I was given issues and told it was “already accessed by another store and had been turned in” mind you I had this phone in my hand. I spoke to Matthew a bigger, younger man who told me that due to me not being an account holder that he should not even be speaking to me about the situation even though I am on the plan. After trying to explain that there must of been some kind of error due to my grandma trying to return it prior and the employee got angry and nasty and just kept saying I’m just trying to help you and you’re not letting me. Finally he said all I can do is give you a label and you can ship it back fine whatever idc at this point as long as it gets back. I wait atleast 20 mins for the label. “Being you aren’t an account holder this is all I can do for you not my problem”
