Stopped at a Verizon authorized retailer near the Galleria- they wanted to charge $40 to copy the info. We went to Verizon at South Hills Village. Justin assisted with this transfer at a way lower cost. Quick simple.and easy.

He was outstanding, very knowledgeable, patient, very kind ,took his time with me , was so encouraging and answered my many questions each time I came back with my new phone. He never was in a hurry and I felt so comfortable to ask simple questions in using my phone without ever feeling like there was something wrong with me to ask these questions and he showed me and i took notes and he patiently waited while i wrote everything down. I used have a flip phone and this was a huge undertaking for me and so many things to learn. I highly recommend him and am so grateful for all of his help.

Ryan did an awful job of explaining the process of transferring my phones. Didn't help me set it up. Told me I had to PAY $30 EXTRA for him to help me set up my brand new thousand dollar phone. Ive gone back to this store twice now to address service issues, and billing issues. I've been met with incompetent and smug employees that send me home with a "customer service" phone number. RYAN is an awful customer service associate, and the manager ANDRE is even worse. Instead of helping me with my issues, he reprimanded me and told me I was flat out wrong. I will not be returning, and I wish I could still return this phone.
