    This is a corporate location but dont tell them that specific word, "lawyer" or they will kick you out. Even if you're trying to report that one of their companies agents who signed you up for your service, then got your phone number without your permission then started harassing you. Don't shop with verizon, they're not helpful. Their customer service is all automated and their bill is absolutely higher then they say it will be.

    I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store thanks to Matthew! He was exceptionally professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was completed accurately and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. Customer service of this caliber is uncommon. Matthew 100% deserves recognition. If you're considering new services, I highly recommend this location, ask for Matthew. The assistant manager was also very courteous and professional. Thank you again Matthew, for such outstanding service!

    Super misleading store experience. Started a mobile account a few months ago, they made it clear that I was enrolled in auto pay and would receive a discount for also having a home internet account. Now it's 2 months later, and I'm getting emails that look super scammy saying my bill is outstanding. They did not enroll me in auto pay. AND, it took dozens of calls to 1800-verizon to even get the mobile+home discount, of course that couldn't have been convenient. I wish I did not start a Verizon mobile account.

    My partner stopped by to deal with an issue with my order I placed online and the 5 employees doing nothing swore up and down they couldn’t do anything to help resolve the issue without even pulling anything up on their systems. I authorized online a payment of the taxes and fees coming to $300 the day I placed the order for my 3 new iPhone 17 pros and a new iPad to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. They then UNAUTHORIZED took two more payments of $66 each and sent me an email saying “I needed to update my payment method or my order will be cancelled. That’s weird cause they already took my $300 for taxes and fees right? So why hit my account two more times with no notice? The store manager John I believe his name was was extremely rude to my partner and when I called I heard him laugh and say “I’m not speaking to him” which I admit sent me into a rage which isn’t a good look but when I’m stolen from and treated like an idiot what else do you expect. So if you love rude staff, incompetent answers, and being laughed at after having your money stolen this is the store for you.
