I had to go back again to return a new watch that wasn't working and I was told I could take it there. Unfortunately I was given misinformation from tech support, however Cory was able to figure out how to make the exchange work at no cost to me (tech support wanted to charge me). Unfortunately, he got not sale from me...not that I didn't want to, it was just because I started this all via phone call. I am hoping that this review will give him the sales he deserves!
