He asked how he could help us and showed us different phones explaining the differences between them. He reviewed our plan and as it turned out what we currently have could not be beat. I want to say Jordan was very patient with us, helpful, no pressure to buy new phones as he left that up to us. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. We did purchase new phones in which he made sure everything that could be transferred over to our new phones was. I can't get over how very thorough he was with everything. He made sure before we left the store that we didn't have any questions and made it a point to let us know not to hesitate to come back if we need any help with the phones. I can't say how grateful we were that we had Jordan to help us with our purchase from start to finish. Jordan was like a breath of fresh air as he was just so down to earth and sincere. If you're looking to possibly purchase a new phone or just compare them Jordan is definitely your guy!
