It took us visits to the corporate office & then to the Apple Store before Steve was able to straighten it out. While Steve was on the phone trying to fix the problem, I heard the person on the other end saying it could not be done. But he was able to fix it somehow. While he was helping with my problem he was also multitasking & helping others.
