Coby was the only employee on staff and was working with 2 other customers, but still immediately greeted me and got me checked in not long after. While I was in the store, 4 additional sets of customers also came in. Coby never got flustered, remained friendly and professional, and multi-tasked effectively between different customers simultaneously. I was very impressed with this young man. He handled an unusually busy day, as the only employee there, with more composure than I have seen from seasoned pros and was knowledgeable about all of the products.
