My dog Sadie has been a patient at VCA Northview multiple times over the past few years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the care she’s received. Her first major procedure was bilateral TPLO surgery, and if I ever had to make that decision again, I would choose VCA Northview every single time. Her recovery was smooth, and nearly three years later, her knees are in perfect condition — even with all her zoomies and high-energy antics! Sadie has also had a few groin muscle strains from wiping out during her zoomie sessions, and the laser treatments she received here helped tremendously. The staff always welcomed her with warmth and familiarity — they remember her the moment she walks through the door, which means the world to us. Most recently, we returned for mast cell tumor removal. I was emotional and scared, but the compassion and kindness shown by the entire team — from the front desk to the surgeons and vets — was extraordinary. They went above and beyond to care for Sadie and support me through a very difficult time. Dr. Enwiller is not only incredibly skilled but also a genuinely wonderful human being. I’m so grateful we found VCA Northview three years ago. Their expertise, empathy, and dedication have made all the difference in Sadie’s life — and ours. I would also like to specifically call out the two lovely front desk ladies who always seem to be working when we come in. I apologize for not knowing their names (I wish I did!), but they’ve made Sadie’s walk-in entrance so enjoyable every time. And a special thank you to Alicia on the surgery team — I’ve never seen Sadie get that physically excited to see someone besides her own family. That kind of bond speaks volumes. I truly hope this review makes its way to the amazing people I’ve called out, because I want them to know just how deeply appreciated they are. Thank you for everything you’ve done for Sadie and for us.

When my cat who is sick of cancer is gone I will never go back there again. After over 20 years of taking my pets there. Shame on schedulers who yelled at me every single time I called to bring my cat for weekly pain medications and antibiotics. They could never find 10 minutes for a technician to give meds. I found out by chance from a caring gentleman technician antibiotics (cost $120) are only needed every 2 weeks. Appointment scheduler yelled at me after finally scheduling an appointment for saying - could you call me if there's cancelation - she yelled there isn't going to be a cancelation and you need to talk to a manager. She furiously transfered me to a manager. Who is a manager for a reason. Such a nice lady, she doesn't deserve to work with such rude staff. They made my emotional pain way bigger. Shame on them.

Dr Hayworth and the entire Rehab staff have been amazing for our senior boxer, Sophie. They are so skilled in managing her hind leg condition and have also been so compassionate and responsive when Sophie recently had a medical emergency over the weekend, getting us the medication we needed (even before our primary vet). We are so grateful for all of their expertise and care. Thank you so much

We went to this vet for years with our two dogs. They were always helpful, I never felt rushed and were all so kind. Dr H. Was always helpful and honest with us. We always felt that our concerns were listened to. We used them for general care, emergency care and for surgeries and always had a great experience. I wish we lived closer and could take our new pup to them. A truly wonderful place.
