My Daughter & i purchased a FIT-BIT for my Wife as a BIRTHDAY GIFT at the BEST BUY store where this Geek Group lounges AROUND!! We bought it Late last year & a SERIOUS problem came up with it. My Wife & i came out to see if they could HELP us. WELL, The GIRL on duty was pretty USELESS!! She DIDN'T have any IDEA on what she WAS DOING!! I'LL NEVER step 1foot in that DAMNED store EVER AGAIN!! By the way, She asked MOE & LARRY about the FIT-BIT, they just LOOKED at it & DIDN'T SAY a word!! SAME BLANK LOOK!!
