- JDJeff DonnellyJun 25, 20251.0Upon taking my laptop in for a minor software issue, I picked it up to discover that they deleted absolutely everything from my hard drive, even though I signed and explained that they needed to preserve EVERYTHING. Photos, documents, all of it. Gone. I was highly upset and this was met with disrespect and rudeness from apparently the head geek. They made NO efforts to restore my stuff or make anything right. I WILL be filing a complaint with the company and maybe even talking with a lawyer. I feel as though I was robbed by a bunch of incompetent idiots. I will NEVER set foot in a BestBuy EVER again. I would leave ZERO stars for this review if I could.
