Im so sick of trying to get ahold of someone in the store to ask them questions about my open work order and the person im talking to on the phone cant speak English or understand it either. I was given the run around with them due to the Geek Squad damaging my phone even more so i cancelled my work order and im taking my phone elsewhere. I will never go to Best Buy again. Worst customer service ever.

Impossible to speak to a team member in the store. Lost my phone and was told I’d have to drive there to ask if it was found.
