I had a maintenance issue scheduled- I waited over 3 weeks for this. On the day of the scheduled maintenance no one showed up and no contact from them. I had to go to the store and reschedule. I was pushed to the back of the line with another 3 week wait. There should be a way when the Geek Squad reschedules to give cancellations priority not pushing them to the end of the line again!

Impossible to speak to a team member in the store. Lost my phone and was told I’d have to drive there to ask if it was found.

NOT HELPFUL & RUDE
1) She was completely wrong about what I needed and provided no extra help.
2) Not only is she not knowledgable, but she clearly doesn't like her job because it was obvious how annoyed she was...
3) uBreakiFix told me she didn't know what she was talking about and showed me EXACTLY what I needed. Their advice is going to SAVE me hundreds of dollars; so, THANKS for not knowing what you're doing, Lady at GeekSquad :)
