My Kids & I purchased a NEW cellphone for My Wife & a problem came up. We were at ROSS PARK MALL & We thot that We would stop by to see if they could HELP. (A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME). We stopped by to ask WHY My Wife's cellphone was LOSING POWER so fast & having to be CHARGED every day. The SO-CALLED phone expert told US to put the phone on a charger & to LEAVE IT ON ALL NIGHT. Any INTELLIGENT cellphone expert will tell You that You CAN'T do that, It will MESS Your phone up alot & it will RUIN Your battery. Obviously, This Employee DOESN'T know what He's doing. Btw, We purchased the cellphone at a real "CRICKET WIRELESS STORE" & We will NEVER set foot in this location EVER AGAIN!!!
