The stereo that they sold me did not have Apple car play. The install person was wonderful and fixed the issue. I was assured that the install for my son would go smoothly and they had the new stereo ready to go. I just got here and they said that if I wanted the backup camera installed I would have to come back, that I never purchased the backup camera install. This is the worst customer experience ever. I expected better. This is not Best Buy… this is Worst Buy
