Like I just wanna look at this phone that cost 129.99. told him 4 times no. An wouldn't leave me alone an even asked for my ID. I just walked out an didn't buy anything. Don't force customer to buy items they don't want or need young buck. That's how you lose business. Even told the guy I work in retail sales. An he still wouldn't stop. Just an overall bad experience in the phone department. I will not be returning.

They said the manufacture warranty is still in effect. Can’t do anything call manufacture they say they can’t do anything call back to Best Buy they won’t honor the warranty saying it’s still under manufacture warranty. Don’t ever go to Best Buy again. PS neither manufacturer or Best Buy would even look at it.
