Idk how he got a job in customer service with that attitude. Especially at the apple store. Idk his name but if you walk in that store youll probably see him and know him because of how accurate my description is and how much his bad attitude radiates. I am outraged and he needs a lesson in customer service treatment.

We then traveled two and a half hours—this being the closest Apple Store—to have the screen replaced on an iPhone SE 3rd gen under AppleCare. The phone was slightly bent, but all we needed was the screen replaced so we could access the device, as our authentication number had not been updated with Apple. When we arrived, Gino was unwilling to help us even after we fully explained the situation. He showed no concern that we had driven such a long distance, offered no empathy, and made no effort to find a solution. Overall, he appeared not to care about our issue at all. This experience was extremely disappointing, and his lack of empathy was very apparent. I became extremely frustrated due to the lack of assistance, and I regret that the interaction escalated. However, the core issue remains: we received no help despite having an appointment and clearly explaining the situation.

A young man told me I could make an appointment to get the problem fixed. With many employees available, why do I need an appointment? The greeter then talked to a nearby employee and asked for help. Without even looking at my phone, he said he did not know what was wrong. I have never heard that response at an Apple store nor had someone fail to even look at my phone. This is way below what I expect from Apple.
