  The last 2 times I’ve been in there for help. I received no help and just had to go somewhere else to get my phone fixed. A waste of time

  I’ve been having a camera problem for 3 years and immediately went to Apple about it where a worker told me in order to fix it I’d need a new Apple ID (which to me was highly annoying because it was an issue with their software) and I’ve talked to countless employees since then. I got a new phone about a month ago and still had the issue. Came in today for the same problem and for the first time got an answer that solved my problem. Shout out to James he deserves a raise for this considering ive talked to atleast 25 employees and they’ve all gave me wrong answers or false hope.

  After having a bad experience at the Apple Store at Ross Park Mall, I was hesitant to visit another store. But I'm thrilled to say that my experience at this Apple Store today was completely different! I went in to buy a new headset and recycle 2 devices. The service was top-notch, and they really valued my time. 5/5 stars - highly recommend! 😊
