  They always see us quickly even when the store is busy and they answer all of our questions. I went in with my mother about her phone and they are so kind and willing to spend the time to make sure she is comfortable and understands everything. Excellent service oriented people who understand the tech and care about why you came in. They treat her like a customer, not a consumer, and it makes so much difference.

  The store was very busy but the team got me what I needed and handled the huge number of customers professionally. Gratitude to Ryan in particular for his care and knowledge during my genius bar visit. I don’t often go into places for service but the computer needed help and he engaged deeply enough to help me find a great solution to my problem. He was also very sweet to my dog. Thanks Ryan!

  Its the second time that I've felt ignored and somehow not good enough to be attended to at an Apple Store. I sincerely hope it's not disguised racism but, I'm asked to wait and I find others who have arrived after me,being served. Would've been a pleasant experience if someone would perhaps have given us a token or a fair idea of when we would be attended to.And the technician/floor supervisor handled my complaint with an superior attitude.Hoped to make an Iphone purchase, but despite having been an ardent Apple products supporter, I feel put off now.

  This store was very rude to me and my friend. We went to purchase the new Neo macbook, and when we walked in we were not welcomed, and when my friend inquired about the product, they acted as if checking in the back was a hard task for them to do. They also judged us for how we looked. My friend was dressed with pigtails and a colorful backpack just to express herself. We were treated like we were 5 year olds. Overall I had a very bad experience here and i would not recommend. Employees were immature and i would not spend a dime here.

  When we were waiting for the phone to backup before sending it to Genius Bar for repair, a staff member told us we cant sit in the Genius Bar area where there are tables and chairs, and sent us to the window where there is no seat at all. We waited an hour for the phone to backup, and the entire time there were always empty tables at the Genius Bar area. Also, while we were waiting, we were continuously harrassed by sales people in-store, who are informed by the Genius Bar people that we need an expensive repair. They kept trying to sell their new iPhone instead of trying to help us fix it. The funniest thing is that while the Genius Bar employee said we definitely need to spend $300 to replace the screen and very likely need to spend $550 for the liquid damage, our iPhone was fine after we got enough of their bs, went home, and put it into raw rice for 3 hours. Having your iPhone broken is stressful. Do yourself a big favor by not letting these people stress you out while not helping and trying to scam you money. When your incentives and interests are not aligned, a team of highly educated staff are not as helpful as a bowl of uncooked rice!
