Fui a cambiarme de compañía y me atendieron bien me convencieron de cambiar el teléfono por un iPhone 17 🍊 , me dieron uno inferior mientras llegaba en un mes , y al mes te dicen que no se puede , y nos llego el mensaje que afirma solicitud y entrega , son unos estafadores profesionales ( me atendió Doris ), explicando que ella atiende muchos clientes y no se recuerda de nada . No es justo 😡, abusadores . Tan fácil que es ser sincero y honesto .

I am a Verizon customer since 2020, never had any issues with any stores or any services from any stores or online customer service! But 2 years in a row, i placed my device upgrade order online for pick up in this store! Last year i went to store to check if my order was ready! And they weren’t even aware of my order until i walked in! So i had to wait almost an hour for them to pull up the order and do the paperwork etc! This year i did the same and was waiting for the email saying that my order is ready! It never came for two days and i called the customer service to push them! Finally i could get a hold on one of the store employee and i was told that my order will be ready in 10 mins! Preparing a phone order shouldn’t take more than 5 mins! I am sure they’re not getting the device together at the back! All they do is to get the device from their storage and assign the invoice to the customer! Anyways i walked into the store to pick up my order, i sat on the desk waiting to get help , an employee named “RAKIYA” came out from the back,walking very slowly and unwillingly! Seems like she’s been forced to worked there! As soon as she approached me, she walked towards the door to open it for another customer without being polite to a current customer who is me! She could at least say “allow me a minute pls” or “i m sorry give me a minute “ or at least let me open the door for the other customer and i ll be right back etc! But she just walked away and it was so rude! I kindly ask the store manager to watch the camera footage to see her behavior and how she treats a valued customer! She seems like she’s been forced to work there for free! This is not the proper way to treat a valued customer! She gotta move a little faster! Instead of moving like a turtle! I filed my complaint with the Verizon customer support as well but also wanted the store manager and the customers to read this!

If I could give 0 🌟 I would! The worst in store experience I have ever had! Whoever is the store manager or regional manager needs to clean house.
I placed an online order in store with (Rakiya) on 10/17/2025. She was friendly, cordial etc. But then it went downhill. She selected the wrong device because instead of being thorough & paying attention to detail she rushed through on the tablet & never confirmed everything with me before placing the order. Seems like a minor detail right? Wrong! I caught it and informed her that wasn't the device I wanted so she had to create another order. Which we did successfully & was to be delivered 10/21🤝🏿. However, the initial order with the wrong device was linked to my number I was porting in from another carrier. And the wrong device is on backorder until 10/31. She never informed me when she placed the second/correct order she attached a random/temporary number. I specifically asked her "are you sure the 1st order won't be any issue?" She assured me "no won't be a problem it will just fall off". 🤔🙄
Received email & My Verizon app confirmation of my order(s), with tracking information. 10/21 I get confirmation my phone has been delivered with proof of delivery who signed for it. I go to the store, it's busy. 1st available rep asks what brings me in & how he can help. I explain I'm there to pick up my phone that I got notification was delivered. Give him my name. Rep goes in the back says he doesn't see any phone under that name. Over the course of 2 HOURS I go through this same back & forth with 4-5 different reps. None of them can see a phone under my name, or recognize the name of the person who FedEx says signed for it. Entire time Rakiya the rep I placed my order with is busy with another customer. Finally I sit down with another rep & explain the situation to him. He tells me he's the person that signed for the FedEx delivery & the FedEx driver might've just spelled his name wrong. Also there were phones put away & no one else knew where they were🙄🤔. My phone was there the ENTIRE time!
Then he tells me: because Rakiya (rep that incorrectly placed my 1st order on 10/17) linked my port in to the wrong device that is on backorder I wouldn't be able to pick up my correct device, can't cancel the wrong order, & there's nothing they can do on their end.
No reaching out to a manager, no call to customer service/support, no apology. So as expected & rightfully so I'm upset. Not only did you guys waste my time but you and every employee working that night compounded the initial mistake & did nothing to try and rectify it.
Horrible customer service, not thorough, no attention to detail, poor communication amongst the staff, & zero efficiency when it comes to time management with customers. It doesn't take hours to tend to 1 customer especially if you see that the store is busy. Or here's a thought let the waiting customers know you guys are backed up or short handed & would they mind coming back or scheduling an appointment.
All in all I left this location. Went to the Cottman Ave/Roosevelt Mall location & explained everything to them. The Rep there was able to call their manager, call multiple customer service departments, have them cancel my incorrect device order, manually transfer my number over to the correct phone. Which I drove back to this location & picked up. So something I the customer was told couldn't be done was done by going to another Verizon location & them choosing to utilize proper customer service.
10/21/25 was only my second time visiting this store & it definitely was my last. Avoid this store by any means necessary. Save yourself the headache & go to the Cottman location or visit the Corporate store at 1301 Bristol Pike. I can vouch those 2 deliver A+ 5 🌟 service.
