I had to close my account. I lost more than $300 because of incompetent employees. But that's not the end of my problems with them. Even after closing the account, the monthly payment continues to be debited from my bank account. And now I'm trying to get my money back and turn off autopayment. The office employees can't help me in this matter in any way and continue to send me to the hotline to solve the problem they created for me.
- MSmusa salehJan 21, 20261.0Ordered two phones for pick up on the Verizon app, When i went into the store they made me wait for the safe to open, in the meantime they tried to sell me two screen protectors and refused to pay $66 for one screen protector. After that I was told "we might not have it in stock" I'm guessing because the commission is super low for online pickups this store didnt want to lose two phones. I was sent to another victra store and was told they can fulfill it, when i arrived they checked the previous store inventory and said that theyre in stock and to go back. I went back and was told that theyre not in stock, after telling them it was in stock based off the other stores inventory they magically appeared, the phones were wrapped with my name on the receipt btw. 2 hours wasted driving back and forth between stores for an online pick up. There is no way the commission is that good for you guys to lie to a customer, put the fries in the bag.
