So she called Verizon customer service and spoke with a representative. He told her it wasn’t working because the SIMM card was left out by mistake but could be picked up for free at any Verizon store as long as she had identification. We went to the Verizon store located 490 N Broad Street in Philadelphia. A gentleman named Pedro was helpful beyond words. He explained that the SIMM card was there. The phone just needed an internet connection to work initially. So he connected her phone to the store’s internet and it started working. My mother was very grateful and immediately able to make and receive calls. Pedro diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very professional, efficient and effective, for this reason I highly recommend this store and look forward to doing business with them. Thank you.

Super helpful and patient, I asked a lot of questions because all this tech stuff is confusing to me and it did not deter him at all. In fact, he educated on me on how to use the iPhone because there’s all these super cool things that you can do now. I don’t think I will go to any other location, this is my home base now.
